10kV oil-immersed fully sealed distribution transformer, core and winding impregnated in insulating oil, fully sealed corrugated oil tank for heat dissipation, oil does not contact with air, and is widely used in local lighting, high-rise buildings, factories, airports, docks, new energy, energy storage and other places.
Performance Characteristics

01. the core adopts domestic high-quality oriented silicon steel, five-step shear, low stack loss, small noise, stable performance;
02. Low-voltage coil is wound by foil, and AMA composite insulation material is used between the layers. After high-temperature curing, with good insulation performance and high overall strength
03. New composite insulation material is used between the high voltage line layer, using semi-oil channel or full oil channel for heat dissipation, and external pre-immersed glass fiber is used to strengthen the insulation and overall strength, with strong short circuit resistance
04. corrugated sheet is rolled with high quality cold rolling steel plate, good expansion performance, can adapt to the environmental temperature change, ensure the insulation performance and heat dissipation requirements of the transformer body
05. the use of composite oil level meter, not only can accurately display the oil level, but also can play the role of oil pressure overpressure through the spray, to protect the whole machine
06.the box cover adopts the folded edge structure, which not only increases the overall strength, but also can effectively protect the sealing strip, and improve its service life

Remarks 1: For transformers with rated capacity of 500 kVA and below, the load loss value above the slash in the table applies to the coupling group of Dyn 11 or Yyn 11, and the load loss value below the slash applies for the Yyn 0 coupling group. Remarks 2: When the average annual load rate of the transformer is between 35% and 40%, the highest operating efficiency can be obtained by using the loss value in the table. |
