ZGS□-12 Combined substation (American) is suitable for 10kV loop power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as a power transformation, metering, compensation control and protection device.

Environmental Conditions are Often Used

◇ The altitude does not exceed 1000m, if the altitude is higher than 1000m, the rated insulation level should be corrected accordingly;

◇ Ambient temperature: -35℃~+40℃;

◇ Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, the monthly average is not more than 90%;

◇ Installation site: no fire, explosion danger, chemical corrosive gas and well-ventilated place, the ground inclination is not more than 3°.

Structural Characteristics

◇ Fully insulated, fully sealed, no less maintenance, reliable guarantee of personal safety;

◇ Compact structure, the volume is only 1/3-1/5 of the same capacity European-style transformer; Low height;

◇ Adopts the divided box structure to avoid the oil pollution in the transformer tank;

◇ High voltage side adopts double fuse full range protection, greatly reducing cost;

◇ Can be used for ring network, can also be used for terminal, cable head can be in 200A load current emergency plug;

◇ The box adopts honeycomb double sandwich composite board, which has the function of temperature insulation and heat dissipation.

◇ Low voltage side can be installed undervoltage controller, when the system appears abnormal voltage, can quickly break the main inlet switch;

◇ High voltage side oil-immersed load switch or SF6 load switch, which can be electrically upgraded, laying the foundation for realizing the automation of distribution network.

◇ Adopt oil-immersed S9 or S11 series transformers with better performance.
