Features:

 

1. The skeleton profile adopts reinforced C-shaped columns and C-shaped beams processed by aluminum-zinc plate. The reinforcement of C-shaped columns and C-shaped beams not only increases the mechanical strength by more than 1/2, but also improves the protection level after connecting the screens.

2. The use of corner connectors makes the installation of the cabinet frame simple and convenient and effectively disconnects the magnetic circuit of the cabinet frame.

3. The functional units of the cabinet frame adopt modular structure, and the configuration and combination are flexible and convenient.

4. The withdrawable unit can realize the separation position and experimental position of the drawer unit when the door is closed, and the three functional positions maintain the same protection level of the cabinet shell.

5. The main and auxiliary contacts have obvious isolation gaps and contact locations.

6. All drawer units are protected against misuse.

7. The functional unit connection can be either withdrawable or fixed.

8. Key components such as columns, beams, drawers and unit partitions are all made of aluminum-zinc-coated plates. The use of aluminum-zinc-coated plates can enhance their anti-corrosion capabilities and mechanical strength.

9. The smart cabinet communication system adopts the domestic open PROFIBUS field bus, which can easily form an intelligent system with the domestic devices with the same protocol, so that the master station can communicate with the user (slave station) through the bus, achieving Remote control, remote adjustment, telemetry and remote signaling functions.

Installation and maintenance:

 

The product can be hoisted or transported by forklift; When installing the product, a cable trench (lower outlet) or no cable trench (upper outlet) can be installed as appropriate; There are two ways to install and fix the product: rail installation and railless installation. When installed without rails, four leveling foot screws are installed on the corner connector at the bottom of the cabinet frame; when installed with rails, the screw holes on the corner connector are the connection holes between the cabinet and the support rail, and the screen screw holes are on the adjacent columns. ; When the product is installed against the wall, the ventilation air channel reserved shall not be less than 50mm; The product must undergo the following inspections after installation and maintenance before it can be put into operation; Check whether the electrical components are damaged and whether the movements are flexible; Check whether the fasteners are tightened (including non-connected parts of electrical components) Passed the withstand voltage test or insulation resistance test The product should be cleaned regularly during use, and dust and debris blocking the ventilation ducts must be cleaned regularly.
